What the review before me said is totally true. Id give this app -5 stars if I could. The people that run the app are crooks. They steal accounts and chips and when u email them they never respond back. Ive had my accounts cleared and taken 4 times for no reason other than they are crooked. The only app Ive ever had where they steal your chips and accounts away. Truly a terrible app and crooks that own it!!!!!!!!

I was a dedicated tap poker player for years and since I havent been playing as much and my level is 21 on my acct they accused me of having an illegal acct, just because I am considered level 21. My other acct I am level 33 and they still said it is illegal. I am not a chronic player like some real life losers on there that play 24/7. Its really Sad how they can treat you like c#^p after all that time it took to build my acct up @40b+ and now I got nothing Screw this app dont waste you time and money!!!

Played here for almost 3 years. Paid real money in the beginning only to have tap steal all. They dont respond to email requests. Reset my acct twice in the past two weeks. Over 500b stolen. This app maker is a THIEF. Would give negative stars if I could.

Worst app ever!! Tap has done 2 updates and kicked more people out for no reason! When Apple suggest to delete the app ought to be an eye opener!!

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!!!!! First off when you buy chips they take your money and dont give you chips. Then they accuse you of cheating or using a jailbroken phone (Im using an iPhone 6s with ios 10 that was purchased sept 21, 2016) and thats how they get away with stealing your money. This app maker is a thief, theyve made their money by stealing players real money and then banning those accounts for no reason. Apple needs to delete this from their App Store immediately.

So to start this review, back in June I had 280B chips only to have my account reset when they updated their app. Both the Game Center and Facebook logins have been reset. The Game Center account had around 12-17B. It wouldnt let me sign in. I emailed them right after only to get a reply saying to update to the latest iOS software when Ive already done so. And they didnt return my chips. So I quit for 2 months only to give Tap poker another chance. 3rd times the charm right? I had about 40m and in about a 3 weeks time I made it to 1.048T. Only to find out when I logged out n logged back in yesterday I had 100k. The message said I should check my 3G and that I should log back in. So to go from 1.048 trillion chips to 100 thousand chips blows my mind. I emailed tap only to find out that since changing my region is an illegal action, which is news to me. When traveling to other countries, youd definitely change your regions to keep up to date with the time difference. Never heard that before nor have I been cheated so badly by an app in the iTunes store. I changed it due to the fact of stalkers trying to belittle me. Everywhere I go on tables they always seem to follow. This is by far the worst app Ive ever played on! Dont think Ill be coming back to this app. If I could report it, Id report to the better business bureau. So back to the email they finally sorted it out and left me 40B as they said there is no data when clearly they new I had changed my region, knew my account name and my ID and only left me 40 + an additional 45 billion from 1.048 trillion chips. Im very dissatisfied! I would not recommend this game to anyone. People Ive talked to have asked me if all my chips were missing and if my lvl didnt change. (People asked because there are said hackers on this app that will steal your chips and leave you at 0). Tap has stated they reset the account and made it broke. The lag on this app is very bad as well! The lag has always been an issue with this app since as far as I can remember. When I actually gave this app a chance 4 years ago. This is a brand new phone and brand new account and they continue to reset my account for no reason. If they return my chips I will praise them and write a better review.. But for now they dont deserve it! (BTW, for some reason the app itself doesnt show the old reviews for some odd reason. The owner somehow masked the review that I had posted a week ago today). Now it shows both current and past. So I just tried to search the review again and now its deleted

I dont recommend this game they swindle you while rich get richer and poor get poorer!!

This Game it always logs me out when playing and hard to get connected . Best poker game was playphone poker to bad its no longer available. I had 290 billion chips and it took everything away from me. I think this game is horrible. This happened to my friends .

Suddenly when I try to use the app on my IPad (with most recent updated IOS) it returns me back to the homepage screen and will not load the poker game. Others having the same issue. Anyone have a fix?

Not worth downloading. Few are playing, and the few that appear occasionally vapourize. Result - no game.

Downloaded the first version, and showed promise. But subsequent updates have all crashed on app startup. Seems they had all the efford in the initial build, but dont have the internal support necesary to follow up on update problems. I have 3 iPads, an iPod touch, and numerous iPhones, with many different versions of iOS...it only works on one device and iOS combination! Glad I didnt spend any money on this app.

This app is freezing all the time. Players lose their chips when app freezes. In addition the cards dealt are not realistic.. Stay away... Pokerist is more stable and more like real life poker.. This app sets up the cards so all players chase... Only to be setup..I have played several poker apps and this is one of the worst. Tap continues to control player profiles. They send you on a winning streak then they cut you off for 2 days..doesnt matter what cards you have...Tap will set you up. Tap is one of the only apps that sets up its players....not cool. Still freezes and boots players from table..

Cant get into app! Wether through FB or as guest! Most unpredictable app! Everything goes good for a while then it just kicks you out and you cant get back in!

Service is poor! When you login in game it always show connection error. Check 3G & Wifi connection. I have four app poker game but in this app only I cant login
