The new update will not load dont update

Every time I try and open up the app the screen is black and closes out. Please fix this problem

Does not work!!! Just get a black screen. Would not recommend! Does not deserve a star. Forced to give one.

Game is fine. However people come for the social aspect. Recent update took away a value feature. The private message or whisper. Company says it was to protect integrity of game. So many other things wrong with this site . Accounts locked . Money taken from accounts.. I cant recommend this site anymore till they fix this feature and other days.

Ive had and played this app for over 7 years. About a month ago I began having some concerns with the game, first of all I pay for chips with cash. I noticed my chips were being taken; once I confronted the company about this, they acted as if they were going to fix the "error." I was asked for my ID via email, and when I provided them with the ID they proceeded to take more of my chips. This not only happened to me but my friends as well. Im very displeased I work hard for my money, and for someone to think they can just come and steal from not only me; but my friends as well, is not ok. Tap Poker needs to know that this is not going unnoticed and that people are not happen with the way they conducting business.

HORRIBLE!!! •Lag •App continuously boots you from the tables •Unable to even log on many times! Says wifi error but my wifi is fine PLEASE CREATE AN UPDATE TO REPAIR THE LAST CRAPPY UPDATE. BETTER YET...put it back the way it was!!!

This app is the worst poker app EVER! Every time I win hundreds of billions of chips my account gets blocked, banned or cant log in and Tap does absolutely nothing about it. Its a big joke and a complete waste of time. Signed an angry poker player

too many issues and they Falsely accused u of cheating and cant get the facts straight ..so stupid ..they tell u to update etc..and now I can even log bk in...what they need to do first is teach them tech support to speak English in order to deal with issues and not accusing players of cheating..they stole 43 billion of my chips and still have not reimburse me been over 4 weeks

This app is the worst poker site ever!!! Unprofessional communicate you would never understand what they are saying! Always false accusation occur due to take chips from you! They cant even prevent from hacking. They dont protect players but accuse you for cheating. Dont waste your time on this joke poker site!

Apple needs to ban this poker game site. The site does not protect players identity or chips from hackers. Someone needs to be held accountable! Nude pictures and foul language is being used on this site. They all need to be censored. Warning!!! Do not download this app!!!

I the beginning Tap Poker was fun but I noticed the more they upgraded the game the worse it became. They reduced my billions of chips to nothing, deleted all friends and made it difficult to log on. So now I am deleting this app and not wasting any more time on it!

This app is a joke! I updated the other day and am now locked out of my guest account that had 40b and FB account. I was forced to create a google account and now have to start over...thats ridiculous!! So I made the new account and attempted to play...sat at 1m 9 seat tables...and every player other than me at that table was a bot!! All 8 players were all at level 27 with varying amounts of chips?? Cmon now!! They all say the same phrases out of turn and out of context..."pls", " dont kill me", "hi"... Etc... This app used to be fun, but when the developers start hacking accounts and taking chips and only letting their high roller friends win, then its time to go!! Theres NO WAY you can sit at a table and all players there are on the same level... They all continue to raise and bet regardless of their hand, all to get real players to fall for their antics. Pathetic!!
